Horrible building, horrible management. AC and heating barely worked the entire time I lived there. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. They restrict move in and move out to weekdays so you have to take off to move, management is unresponsive (especially JENNIFER ALMONTE who is the building manager) to requests, they will not replace anything in the apartment that is faulty. They barely have records of who does and doesn't live there. The water pressure in the bathroom is a joke, and often the water runs brown. The LEED sign is a joke, I guess the assumption is if nothing works then we are saving energy? Overall the worst in every aspect. Just don't do it lol.
