I've lived here for a couple of months now, and cannot say enough how impressed I am! Every single person I've come into contact with, including the concierge/doormen, maintenance, and management, have all been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. My unit was also very obviously freshly painted/cleaned when I moved in, and the building is really well-maintained. Especially considering the fair share of horror stories I have from living in other NYC apartments, this building is such a gem - highly recommend.

The building looks nice enough but i called for MONTHS about aeeing an apartment and no one ever got back to me. Im a broker, so I announced myself as such and was extremely clear the apartment was for myself and that I wasnt looking to share the fee. Still never heard back from their broker til this day..

We’ve lived here for over four years. The building was brand new when I moved in and it has been fantastically maintained. We have a large and amazing staff who are committed to providing a luxury experience for every person who lives here. The doormen, concierges, maintenance crew, handymen, live-in resident manager, and condominium manager are all warm, friendly, and yet very professional. That’s a difficult balance to maintain. Of course, the views are the best. Something to be aware of if you’re checking out condominiums in this new Downtown Brooklyn building boom. All new buildings have issues that require time to resolve. You don’t know until you’ve moved in which problem(s) your new building will face. Sometimes it’s staff or maintenance. For others it’s equipment like elevators or outdoor space issues or problems with the pool. Construction quality is always a concern for new buildings. For example, Ava/Avalon across the street from us had windows falling out of the high-rise apartments creating a hazard for pedestrians. (It’s solved now.) We were lucky that the condo units here look like the pre-construction photos.
