I observed the Driver of vehicle 19 on 2/13/17 double parked in a No Stsnding Zone in front of 1 Prospect Park West. Your driver stood by outside his vehicle watching as 3 handicapped people struggled to get around his vehicle and navigate piles of snow to access their doctors offices. Had the driver simply moved his vehicle these people would have been able to access the facility as designed without incident. Instead of moving his vehicle or even offering to help these people, the driver chose to blame and argue with a family member of one of the handicapped people. The driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate, and in my opinion should not be dealing with the handicapped until he learns some compassion for their situations.

This company is horrible. The dispatchers are rude. I have been using them the past two weeks, with the pick-up address the same each time, and the return to a different locale, but the same each time (morning appt before pick-up and a return home). Everytime, the driver has been given the home address for pick-up, and my pick-up address for return. They also were given my phone # repeatedly, and keep calling the wrong #. My pick-up time is the same every time, and being that they are at the wrong address, they complain to me, about how late they are. I live 15-20 minutes from my destination, and the drivers take such bad routes, that it can take an hour or more to get home. The ambulettes/vans are in poor condition, and seatbelts are not always available. If you have an option, use another company.
