By far the worst place dealing with SICK elderly people. The owners should be ashamed of the customer service they provide, as well as the service. Took my grandma to one of the best cancer hospital in NYC. Our ride is 40-60 min. They want to pick us up 3 hours earlier. Why I ask? Because there’s traffic and we are very busy I’m told. So need to drag my grandmother and I to pick up 3 other patients, be driven around for 3-4 hours before I reach our doc appts!!! This is not first time either, I just didn’t much of it last time they did this— my 5 hour ride home which usually is 40-60 min. Fine even double that time. Extremely rude personnel. This place should me ashamed of themselves and should NOT be dealing with sick people and def NOT be Memorial Sloan Kettering vendor/ambulance provider. As if being ill is not bad enough, dealing with this BS tops it off! Filed complaint with hospital as well. Very sad! Greedy greedy place, operates based on billing your ride and stuffing you like sardines into a vehicle! Good luck to you guys, businesses with just high competition shouldn’t treat people this way, ESP the sick and elderly. Shame on you!!!

Horrible driver, rude, disrespectful and drives aggressively! Almost closed a patients fingers in the door, was complaining the whole time in his language (possibly Russian). When asked a question he ignored us, and then would rudely huff and puff before answering. A patient asked to be dropped off at a different address, first he we thought he didn't a. Understand b.didnt hear. The lady kindly asked again, he started yelling at her saying he was not taking anywhere else but her house. ID card in the car expired 2/27/16. Get this driver "VALENTINO" off the road, for the safety of the patients!
