Tom was great. He dealt with Verizon over the phone to get my slow wi-fi running faster. He also fixed my printer connection and did it both of these things quickly. He's really good at what he does and he's fair and pleasant to deal with.

You can truly count on Tom for outstanding computer repair and for great computer lessons. He has always responded quickly to any issues we have had with our computers and gets any problem resolved in a very timely manner. In addition, Tom is a patient and thorough teacher. He has given me a number of tutorials on the Surface Pro, SKYPE and Dropbox and is always very clear and helpful. Tom is also very personable with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him.

This is the second time I have dealt with Tom (the first time he removed a nasty redirect virus from my laptop). This time, with a new laptop I had a meltdown trying to upgrade from Windows 8 (basically konked out 98% through the upgrade and reverted me back to where I started) and it was running slower than dialup. Anyway, he was able to complete the upgrade without me having to reinstall all of my software and the turnaround time was very fast. I certainly feel much better leaving my machine with him than most of the repair places I found online....and he did not gouge me on the price.

Excellent! Tom and Debbie Mahony, the proprietors of Bronxville Computer, have been invaluable in the construction and maintenance of my computer systems and web site.
