Horrible bus experience. We traveled from Bronx, NY to Myrtle Beach, SC with limited AC going and NO AC COMING BACK HOME TO NY. Also, on the way traveling back to NYwas a full bus of 55 passengers including children and grown-ups. The bus drivers (2) did not report proper malfunctions on the bus, therefore, they did not send another bus to us for replacement while we were in SC.
On our way returning to NY, bus conditions were worse; bathroom wes so hot, I burnt the back of my leg using the bathroom and other people did also; we did not allow the children to use the bathroom because we were afraid the will get burned also; children got sick and vomited from the heat; a child suffering with execma had an outbreak because his skin was wet and sweaty and more incidents happened that I just do not want to discuss. When Nat Tours owner Nathaniel Cook was informed, he claimed he will send another bus to meet us in Virginia. When we get to Virginia, we were told the replacement bus caught a flat tire.Therefore, we suffered a maximum of 15 hours traveling to get home to NY. Nathaniel Cook advised us also not to use the bathrooms and that is why we made multiple stops on the way coming home. He offered some money will get refunded but that is not good enough.
IT WAS PHYSICALLY A TRANSPORTATION TRIP FROM HELL AND WE ARE DEMANDING "OUR FULL REFUND"
