        Once I switched couldn't get any customer service. Pay that much for half baked telephone connection service PLUS rep doesn't know you 5 min after you leave Johnson ave store.. BYYYYYE!!!!!So, back to t-mobile I went. Cheaper per month and rep knows me and takes my call.

        Its a great store and really really supportive staff with great knowledge, but the store has no air conditioning and its really really hot and its been like this for a few weeks, my old grandmother could barely breath, and this is an issue that has to be fixed ASAP.
