My family members and I have been receiving services from Gomez Tax Services prior to this new location and we would follow it to the moon. The integrity, conscientiousness, and empathy from Mr. Gomez exceeds all expectations. Both, Mr Gomez and his wife are kind and welcoming. The staff members are informative and respectful. Unlike other offices, this office isn’t here for your money, they genuinely are there for you. Plus, they got my maximum refund! Woo!

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would! The 5 star reviews are from staff members. Extremely unprofessional staff who are crooks and I will be making my complaint with the IRS after this review. When trying to obtain information on the status of my tax refund, I was given attitude and told “I was feening for my check and I should have done it with TurboTax”. She was right about that. I should have done it with a Turbo a Tax instead of trusting these crooks. The place itself looks suspicious and I decided to give it a try. Even after a former friend of mine completed her taxes with them 2 years ago and had to get the IRS involved due to not receiving a clear answer on where her money is because of fraudulent activities occurring in this business. After the IRS was involved, Gomez Taxes called and her money suddenly appeared. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! In response to their reply... As noted below you can see the quality of customer service they provide and lack of grammar.. They did not call the authorities, we told them we would come with the authorities being that the owner decided to come out with a lock and tried to intimidate. They did call my mother as if she was suppose to do something and admitted to not trying to de-escalate the situation and giving vulgar hand signals and using offensive language. THEY have changed the date as to when the check should arrive 3 times.. They are unprofessional and clearly incompetent of doing their job throughly. They are too busy falsify taxes and scamming the IRS with adding fake dependents to their clients. This experience has made me determine to expose them every tax season. Now instead of taking the time to respond to this review or calling my mother twice, you should attend a customer service training and a 101 on the English language. Here is their original response in case they decide to edit it: “ Response from the owner 2 days ago This person is not a client. The client that came here was a family member of the person writing this review. we explained to the client and showed them the information the IRS gave us, however due to lack of intelligence they became disturbed with the date That the IRS (not us) gave them . This person came into the office began to call our staff profanities and doing sexual movements towards one of our female employees.” We have reposted these harassment actions to the authorities.
