Very bad customer service

The manager Francisco is a horrible person, he disrespected , embarrased my mother because he did not want to return a product that was defective. Instead of providing acceptable customer service he began accusing her of returning a product from a different store. He made my mother feel so tiny with his sharp comments and in the end he still had to return it because she came with the unopened product and her receipt. After calling the manager he was unable to find an explanation to defend his behavior. This young man needs to be retrained or moved to a different location.

IM SORRY, THIS PLACE IS A TRUE RIP OFF BEYOND A BERNIE MADOFF SCANDAL!! GIVEN THAT I DON'T HAVE A CAR OR FUNDS TO SUPPORT CAR FARE FOR COSTCOS/BJ'S TRIPS IN THIS AREA, I AM SUBJECTED TO THIS PLACE. FOR EXAMPLE: THEIR COOKING OIL'S,MONZERELLA CHEESE AND SOME PRODUCE PRODUCTS etc. ARE BEYOND A DEBT JOURNEY TO HELL! I DON'T COLLECT FOODSTAMPS OR ANYTHING, BUT SORRY TO SAY THAT IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR WEEK WORTHS OF EARNINGS ON THIS SUPERMARKET, BY ALL MEANS. I HAVE TO PLAY DECTECTIVE FOR SALES & DEALS FOR THIS PLACE FOR THE CONVENIENCE, OTHER WISE I'LL BE ORDERING FAST FOOD WHICH ISN'T ACCOMDATING TO ANYONES HEALTH!........THE CON ASPECTS OF SOME NEIGHBORHOODS.
