Not big fan of tgi after they changed there Menu. I used to go every week there but I stopped for a few years then I went back and the same I don't like it

Service is absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you order over the phone. The staff just ignores you at times. Management is inept. Consistently gets your order wrong. Maybe they feel since it’s located in the “Hood”, the “Hood” doesn’t deserve quality service. Never again!!!!
