We were considering leaving the city due to skyrocketing cost of housing, and heard about The Knolls through friend of a friend. Prices are a fraction of what we saw looking at similar space in Manhattan and Brooklyn! Utilities are included in maintenance, off-street parking, well-kept grounds in a peaceful setting. We've never looked back....

I recently met with the On-Site Manager and 2 Board members at Knolls Cooperative Section 1. They were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and neatly kept. Convenient to transportation and stores. Very reasonable prices for the Riverdale area! I am hoping to make Knolls my new home very soon!

My wife and I recently bought with Knolls and had a wonderful experience. Knolls is one of the best hidden secrets of the area and I couldn’t recommend it more.

My husband and I bought a 2 bedroom apartment here 3 years ago and we are very glad we did. The grounds are beautiful in spring, summer and fall thanks to the garden club volunteers. The two buildings are well cared for by a dedicated staff. Shopping for food and other essentials is in walking distance. Parking is reasonable. There are opportunities to socialize if one wants to. Express and local buses stop nearby, and Metro North is a short walk/ride away. There's also a full service health club and award winning senior center in walking distance.
