I will start from the fact that Rose wasn’t even my broker. I was the buyer and she was broker for our seller.
But she was so helpful in every step of the way. As a first time buyer in the US I had 1000 questions and everyone was giving me an attitude for my questions, which I still don’t get why? But Rose was very patient with explaining everything, later she was extremely resourceful for good interest rates brokers and contractors. I highly recommend Rose and Molly, unless there is someone else in their team for any 1st time home buyers, for those who sell and rent or anyone who feels insecure doing it either for the 1st time or who had terrible experience previously. Go with Rose and she will help you and make you feel that you can finally ask someone questions.
It was pleasure to buy from someone who was willing to actually help not just make money on me. Once again , I was the buyer and in NYC seller pays for the broker services. I looked 39 apartments before I chosen mine and so many brokers from the seller side would not show up, would not get back to you for days,etc. It was mind blowing that their salary depends on selling real estate and they still would make zero effort to communicate in a right way with the buyer.
I did saw negative reviews before I proceed with Rose, but I would concentrate on fact that if you read those reviews none of them actually closed the deal with Rose vs all the ppl who left positive reviews are ppl who went entire process with Rose. I am one of them. 1577 East 17th.”, Rose was the broker for like half of the units in my now new home and sold one of the units for my family

Rose found me a perfect place, one bedroom in Ditmas Park and negotiated a great price. Home buying is intimidating but Rose Blau broke it down patiently and let me know what to expect. No pressure, unlike some other brokers.

Attempted to reach my girlfriend and I regarding an apartment rental. After my girlfriend spent minutes on the phone with her discussing the apartment; apparently “Rose” didn’t like that my girlfriend was asking to see the apartment before discussing pricing; and constantly changing the pricing through out the conversation. “This isn’t worth my time” came from the realtors mouth and she swiftly hung up on us. STRONGLY discourage anyone from working with this team.

Rose helped me and my partner get a beautiful price at an insanely low price. She was super helpful and straightforward during the viewing & signing process. We walked into a near-perfect apartment and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Rose!
