SMP Realty Group made Christmas come early.!!! I recently just rented a new studio apt with a privet back yard in NYC. Needless to say one of the most caring group of relators in nyc. The process was so seamless almost to good to be true. I see this company has an eye for detail, location and true vale of your rental/property's under their listings. I could not be more pleased , I had the great opportunity to work with Steven. P of SMP who helped me with my process. I could not be any happier with my new home on a nice quite block. I give this company 10 Empire State Building out of 10 statue of Liberty's They Rock!

Steven was such a pleasure and amazing to work with. He helped my husband and I find our new home and we would highly recommend him to close the deal!! I was very particular and had a checklist of what we were looking for, and Steven somehow got it all for us. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and on top of everything, which made the process of buying our first home such an easy process. I really appreciated that he was very thorough, informative, and explained everything in detail of what was needed throughout this process and is definitely an expert and passionate about what he does, which is rare to find these days. He even gave us great advice and recommendations for inspectors, real estate attorneys, what we needed to do to get a mortgage, and information for first time home buyers (STAR program), which I wasn't aware of. We definitely will be working with him again.
