This pharmacy just stole 30 Xanax pills from my Mom's prescription, she receives 60 pills monthly and they delivered her 30 pills. Felipa Cruz is a Senior Citizen 85 years old and this happened yesterday. They told me yesterday they would give her rest of medication today and they are claiming she lost rest of medication. Horrible way of treating a Senior Citizen.

My grandmother 85 yrs old got 30 pills of Xanax Stolen by this Pharmacy. Her Doctor prescribes her 60 Pills a month. They accused my Granny of selling her meds. Don't trust this pharmacy. They steal controlled substance medication.

Outrageous Service, knowledge, determination and Customer care from "Cathy & Soveira". KUDOS! I highly recommend them services. I was prescribed a new medicine for my illness that was very much needed but because it was new and extremely expensive the insurance company would not cover it. My current Pharmacy and Mail order service were unable to get it approved and to be honest, they never even attempted to help me in any way. Well, I was recommended by my doctor to seek assistance with Brooke Pharmacy. I was amazed. Not only were they the most sweetest compassionate caring ladies who actually cared about me, they went all out to make the calls and did all the leg work to have this prescription approved! they kept me up to date, followed up with me and had the prescription delivered to my home, and I live way across on the other side of the Bronx. Thank you so much ladies. without you I would still be sick and wondering what in the world I was going to do to get this medicine! You guys are my Christmas miracle angles. F.
