one of the best pharmacy experiences I've had. All of the workers try their best to help us out in a timely manner and try to solve problems the same day. they just started doing delivery services for nearby places. For the amount of women working there they learn to handle the rush hour of customers.

Hello Im always getting my meds for my for muscle relaxants on a timely manner. I never have a problem with my insurance. The people in the pharmacy are very Courteous and respectful.

Take your prescriptions elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional. I called to inquire about some medications and because I told the receptionist to cancel my prescription she rudely hung up the phone. I called back and asked for her name and she refused. I then asked to speak with the pharmacist Nick, whom was nice but you can tell wasnt going to do anything about it. Long wait times, long hold times and the sad part is because the three receptionist are just chatting with each other. The customer service is terrible probably the worse in the entire Bronx. I wouldnt waste my time taking my medication here where they treat you terrible instead of kind.
