Isabel Parking LLC – River Avenue Garage

Despite the fact that the place wasn't fully continued to force people up to the top floor anyone handicapped would have difficulty with the flights and steps secondly to pay was confusing and there was no signs you paid automated machines with little instructions and then show that you paid when you leave not a bad system but more information should be made available to the people that are in the garage as far as location to the game couldn't be any closer

Terrible business establishment for parking. Aside from being expensive there was no exit to the lot and the machine ate the ticket and gave a receipt but wouldn’t open ... had to track down the office which had 4 employees in it but no one attending the lot... finally we have the attendant and they refuse to let us out of the gate without the receipt so we provide the receipt and then they refuse to give the receipt back as we need it to be paid back from our job as an expense... after a long argument and eating our time and us blocking the ramp to enter and exit they finally have us a photo copy of the receipt... we deserve the original as we paid for it... I’d avoid this place at all cost.
