Dental Oral Surgery

The wait was not super long but im just happy to have a oral surgeon that is near bc lets be real its hard to get one in nyc with certain insurance. My appt was at 9:30am. I got there 9:10. Waiting room was full. 30mins in, they called me in, to do an x ray then about 15 mins later they called me in for the extraction. I had a mild sedative(IV) then they sent me to a reclining chair to recover... felt nothing but a little loopy and laughing but nothing too crazy. Dr answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Gave me the choice to do 1 side or the other (i chose to have all 3 teeth extracted) The place looks pretty clean. the process took about 30 mins(sedation, extraction, recovery). Left out at 11:20. Good wait time, nice staff, doctor was very personable. Be sure to make an appointment, and have a referral.

I prefer no stars poor customer service been trying to call for 2 days yesterday and today yesterday I was on the phone for 45 minutes and there was 19 people in front of me the someone answered told me hold on never came back and they hung up I called today at 7:45 I had 17 people in front of me when it got to be me the second they sent me to voice mail so if this is the service u give on the phone then I could of imagine the service u give in the place I would not recommend this to anybody.

Went in for oral surgery during peak hours, it wasnt a long wait( I had an appointment). The actual procedure was relatively quick, friendly staff & my surgeon was amazing. Highly recommend this place!

If I could give a zero star, I would!!!! This is the worst oral surgery place that Ive ever found. Im warning all of you in advance, dont go there. My experience was horrible. They put me under anesthesia, which I had never had done before. Im half under and feel the worst pain in my mouth while this so called dentist was pulling my tooth. Once I get home I realize that JACKASS, numbed my LIP and not my GUMS where the tooth was located. This was done on February 2. My gum is still sore. Well, today I having breakfast, bit down very hard in that spot and I feel something poking out of my gums. Something sharp. It kinda felt like a broken tooth. Guess what! That man left a piece of the tooth in my gums. I pushed it up until it came out. He knew he left it, because the entire tooth was not on that table that he placed the tooth on. Take my advice, dont bother with this place. They have other locations, but I wouldnt go to any of them.
