This company helped me a lot. When I was struggling and they offered there support. When I didn’t understand why my child wasn’t improving they helped me understand. I gave it time and soon I saw my child doing things they weren’t doing before the program. My child has done amazing in that program. As for the staff they treat the kids amazing. Not only my kid but I have seen the way they treat other kids as well. The kids are genuinely happy coming to school. They’re are some kids that cry when it’s time to go home. For children that are Austistic this is big that means they truly enjoy there teachers and school. I have seen children run to a teacher and give hugs. The children in this program love there teachers not because they tell them they’ll “slam them” but because they show them affection

This company is truly amazing. My child goes here and I can say through experience that the OT, speech therapist, ta’s and group providers take great care of the kids. They treat the kids as if they were there own. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone in the company. My child takes both ABA and Jasper services and has improved a lot. He also has OT and speech and both therapist communicate clearly with me via phone or through the communication book. As for whoever wrote that having different TA’s every month made you child regress, I understand our children can regress but the purpose of them having a different TA for each month and the rotation is because our children work differently with different people. He/she may feel more comfortable with one rather than the other. It happens. As a parent of a child with Austism I say have patience. We won’t see change from day to night but over a period of time. The children are in the program for a year. That’s 365 days. In dues time they will improve and do at least one thing they weren’t doing when they arrive at New York Center for Infant and Toddlers. I want to give a special thank you to the Bronx Site.

You know this is the worst center for kids with disabilities... I really want 0 stars if I could actually leave it blank.. #1 This center has no nursing staff..my child got injured at this place by one of the T.A. that claims she didnt do antthing but it's evidence (from the hospital) that prove that she yanked my baby and dislocated my childs elbow #2 this center has NO structure for these kids. My child regressed just from this school, they dont really understanding what to do with a child that has sensory issue. They kept asking me what to do..smh #3 this center doesn't have a play yard and never took them out for walks.. I seriously regret sending my child here.. there are better center options out there... i was a new mom to a autistic child n I thought all centers was the same.. BUT I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. #4 they rotate staff like crazy.. in a 1year time my child had 3 different speech teachers and 3 different occupational teachers... Also the T.A. was leaving this place too.. your child won't get use to their teacher (T.A.)which can cause frustration & confusion...😑poor babies...PLEASE BEWARE.... GOOD LUCK ON FINDING A GREAT CENTER FOR YOUR CHILD...💙 make this place be you last option but look for nothing much from this center. 😑

This school is great! My son has been here for 4 months and has made progress. The TA's are so friendly and caring to the family needs. The classroom are big and spacious. So even though there are 10 children and 10 ta's in each room it doesn't seem over crowded. I would recommend this school to others.
