I had the worst experience ever. I came in thinking I was going to have a good experience based on their instagram page. However, it turned for the worst, their professionalism was extremely poor. I came to my appointment at 10am with the salon owner. As I arrived the salon owners were doing each others hair during the entire time of my appointment. Not only that, the salon owner #1 spoke spanish and the 2nd salon owner translated it in English. I understand spanish clear as day, I just do not know how to pronounce majority of the words when I speak. The salon owners as they were washing their own hair in the hair washing station (mind you its just in a corner in the same exact room as I) was talking about me and being incredibly disrespectful in spanish. Not only were they doing each others hair the entire time of my appointment but they were also talking about me. This is when I had it and told them I understand spanish and told them off. Not only that, they wanted me to pay them $50 for absolutely nothing. No wash and set at all, nothing! I have natural hair, so I arrived with my hair fully curly at 10am and I left with the same hair color and curls at 1pm. Mind you it was only me, and the 2 store owners at the salon that entire time! There were no other customers! That whole thing was absolutely ridiculous, hands down the worst experience ever!
