R.R Tax Multi Service

DO NOT FILE HERE!!!!!!!!!! These people have by FAR the worst customer service and they are complete idiots!!! My wife and I were recommended to file with them from a friend claiming they're extremely professional and helpful. That is the FURTHEST THING FROM THE TRUTH!!! First of all, when she filed my wife's taxes, instead of putting our SON as dependent like she was supposed to, she had some random child that neither of us ever heard of! Then she went and did the same with mine!!!! Both our returns were flagged by the IRS because of what she did! We had to file an amendment to get hers straightened out which took 3 MONTHS CORRECT! Had I not been calling them every single day to correct what she did my wife's taxes would have still been on hold by the IRS. They also kept giving us false information claiming we will get the checks "in a day or two" which was a flat out lie, my wife still hasn't gotten anything and I can't even check the status of my return. There isn't even a record of taxes being filed by them! I've called the IRS multiple times and every time they tell me the same thing, "We're sorry sir, but the information you gave us doesn't match anything we have on record for you" Save yourself the headache and file elsewhere. I truly don't know how these people are still in business. I've reported them to the better business bureau and filed a complaint with the IRS as well
