DO NOT ENTRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE. In November 2022 I was diagnosed with Covid 19. In which I was instructed to call my primary doctor if my symptoms worsened. Due to my underlying issues & my symptoms becoming worse I did just that. I called & was placed on hold while they checked my chart. I was then informed that they did not have a telemed appointment for the next 2 weeks.. Covid almost killed me due to their negligence.. Today 1/9/23 was finally my in person visit at 2:15. I got there at exactly 2:15 pm. I check in with the front desk. Was told to have a seat. At 2:25 pm I asked if they would need urine because I needed to use the restroom (was told no). Once I finished at 2:29 pm I sat back down. At 3:00 pm I went to ask if there was a charger as my phone was dying & overheard my name once I approached the desk. They all said they didn't have an android charger..As I was about to go sit back down I turned to them & asked them what the conversation was about. They said that the doctor called me while I was in the rest room@ 2:25 pm & that he had an emergency & had to leave. They all were aware that I went to the bathroom but waited until I approached the subject to say anything to me.  The worse part is the non communication & placing my health in the hands of people who could care less about my health. This would never happen if I was a middle aged Caucasian person in a midtown office. This is sooooo heartbreakingly SAD.

Very unprofessional place. I was called several times to be reminded of my appointment but no one told me that my kids and I would need a mask to see the doctor. When I get there without mask they told me the doctor wouldnt see my kids unless they are wearing a mask and I should go to Kennedy where they sell chicken to buy mask and come back. Every other place I know that requires mask has mask at the front desk. In the past I even had to pay to get a copy of my kids medical records. And they charged per sheet.

Not sure how this facility is still in business. All their providers (Doctors) keep leaving. The patients are never notified that their doctor is no longer working there. How is that ok? The front desk makes up stories and bills for services that did not happen (illegal). I tried to retrieve my records and the front desk never communicated with the manager and the manager was confused when I tried to pick them up. The front desk started shouting "i forget to tell you". This place is extremely unprofessional and illegal. Absolutely a hotmess.

I called to make an appointment and the lady at the desk was extremely rude. I brushed off her attitude but at the end of call I told her thank you she replied mmhmm. I used to love this Office, the new owner and employees have really made it bottom of the barrel! Time to find a new PCP.
