the worst place ever it used to be good but the gd workers left. so they can put there family in there place nothing gets done but they want the rent no ones ever thereto get on touch with and u can't complain because everyone is related supers and ther family are put to manage and be supers with no experience they need to be investigated I have the worst neighbors from he'll and nothing gets done because there are related to the staff

Horrible conditions of my apartment and nobody has been able to help us, I have lived in this apartment for about 2 years, my father was a cancer patient twice and I cannot believe that he had to live in these conditions WITHOUT SOLUTIONS. We have had the same problem since we lived here and it is incredible how it still persists but no one gives us solutions. Water falls from my bathroom ceiling (water that comes from the bathroom of my neighbors above), ABUNDANT on many occasions, they have fixed it about 3 times and the problem persists, the ceiling has fallen on us several times and even the Disgusting water that falls has also wet us, now some fungus is coming out of the ceiling, and even cockroaches and other strange insects are coming out of this hole. Do we have quality of life? NO, have they solved the problem? NO, here I leave photos of everything I said. NOTE: Photos were took in DIFFERENT YEARS.

On the building of 2323 walton ave the bronx the superintendent is e weirdo the mother of my son ranted and appartment and she returned it because the super was around her appartment every time and one time I went to the basement to ask for her apartment and he escorted me to her appartment like I was a criminal even dought I tell him all I know about her all her information and then when she ask her do you know this men like he is some kind of police officer so if are a beautiful woman dont rent here the superintendent is a creepy old fat man

I see they have many building but sad and unfortunate refuses to inform tenants of bedbug infestations ... I say shut them down they dont care
