The hotel itself is very good but the area is deteriorating more and more and is very dirty, it's a real shame

The hotel was surprisingly amazing. I say surprisingly because, its located in a rather unsavory part of The South Bronx. The room is immaculate. Double queen beds that were extremely comfortable. Cable ready; clean furniture, in great condition. The shower is modern and I love that aspect of this hotel. It blends the vintage with the modern for a great aesthetics. The price was higher than I thought it would be but, I suppose inflation is having that effect on everything.
Rooms: Clean and as comfortable as can be. Highly recommended.
Walkability: The train station is 5 minutes away.
Food & drinks: Man restaurants are near by. Taco Bell is located on the same street. Wendys, McDonald, KFC, Popeyes and a few mom and pop, restaurants are all within walking distance.
