Our experience with Comfort Control has been like most reviewed here...terrible communication, and no-show with no call. We're done with these guys. Too many other good options to put up with this.

They came and fixed heating system. I called them another time for am issue with my water heater and they told they were coming and never showed up and were not professional to call and tell me why they didn’t make it. Another time they were supposed to service my boiler I have a contract with them didn’t show up again and didn’t call totally unprofessional . Warning they are not very responsible Service: Heating system repair

Comfort Control have serviced our boiler for over 15 years. We have stayed with them because they provide impeccable service. The staff Lou, Jeff and Darwin who have been our contacts, are extremely professional, pleasant, efficient, timely and always get the job done!! They are highly recommended
