Work was A1 no complaints in the past but need a touch up which would only take a few minutes after calling for 2 months and speaking to Bobby no one has contacted me.Months and no I still contacted me

These guys leave post cards on my Property all the time. So I decided to call them for an estimate on work needed for my client’s home. Bobby called me back and asked what work the client needed. We set an appt for the following Saturday and he never showed up or called to reschedule. I left a message and never received a reply back. He wasn’t friendly on the call and completely unprofessional by not showing up. I definitely won’t ever be calling these guys for myself or my clients. Their business card says “nobody beat our prices” I guess so, since nobody shows up... don’t call them if they leave a card on your door.

I love Bobby and his crew they are very professional. They did my roof , brick work and paving stones and I recommend him to all my family and friend and they all loved him and his crew. I will highly recommend American standard for any interior and exterior project.

Initially working with Bobby seemed like it was going to be great. Then the day he was supposed to start he never told me he wasn’t going to come I had to call him. He rescheduled for two days later. Two days later he came and got to work, when he arrived he informed me he needed access to my water, which was no problem but he came unprepared and brought no hose ( to a cement work job). At the end he wanted to leave without cleaning the porch but luckily my neighbor lent us his hose. When he was done he asked for final payment and because the porch looked fine I paid but it looked fine because it was wet and once it dried (and he was gone) there was cement dust, handprints and splatters everywhere. I called him and he sent a man ( again wanting me to provide a hose, which I couldn’t so he finally brought one himself) to come clean my porch and address some other issues. Again the porch looked ok because it was wet. After dodging phone calls for a while, he answered me and I told him I did research and a power washer won’t take dried cement off my porch you didn’t do it right the first time, you need muriatic acid. He tried to tell me it was on my porch already and when I told him I have pictures of my porch before hand proving otherwise he got short with me and said “oh yeah text them to me” and hung up on me. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not work with this man. He is all nice until you pay him and if there are issues he will “help” once and then become rude and blame you. Save yourself. He is unprofessional pushy and rude.

Wonderful people to work withI had to make basement and they did wonderful job for me love the contractor very reliable and response for complains immediately.
