After the reading the reviews, I happen to go there on mother’s day. As soon as I arrived, there was a mexican guy who works at the shop argueing with a black lady who had to be approximately 55-60yrs old with a cane in her hand. She was asking him why did he act like he don’t see her standing in line but goes to ask the mexican customer behind her, if he needs help. Ummmm…… same story as a previous review stated. He was actually going back and forth with the female customer. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant. They did seem to have attitudes on a busy mothers day as im sure every year is busy. Ummmm….. no customer service, no empathy. My first time witnessing that. Then, they ask me how much money do I want to spend….smdh. They made me a basket of flowers worth $50-$60 and although I showed them the picture of how I wanted the flowers, they still did not do as I asked. I asked for 12 roses, they only gave me 9. No lillies. It was a quick sloppy job. I came back the next to let them know that i was shorted 3 roses, the girl argues me down that I did not tell her how many roses I wanted…. Ummmm… another bad customer service behavior. They started talking in their language and then another guys tells me to bring the entire stack of roses back to the store so they can remake the bouquet of roses. Smdh! Why not just make me another bouquet on the spot. So it is true what the reviews are saying. If we shut them down, maybe they will learn how to treat their customers. Smdh!

I received a horrible plant arrangement for my birthday. The request had been for a purple flower and I received two pink african violets. They look like the $2.99 ones you get in the supermarket, in a bright green Easter-like basket with wood chips. I would be embarrassed to send someone such an ugly arrangement. I emailed customer service and received no response. I'm only giving one star because I can't post unless I mark at least one, otherwise I would give no stars.

I’m so happy I’ve run across this gem! Arrangements have so far been exactly like the photos displayed on website. In the past that has always been the issue with ordering online NOT with Your Red Roses. 10/10 will absolutely recommend!!
