The gym itself was a great place to work out. Unfortunately, they closed for several months and still charged membership for services never provided. Ive been sending multiple emails and submitted a BBB complaint (complaint ID: 16398707). Still, no solution. I hope this business is as quick to respond to phone calls, emails voicemails, and complaints as they are when reviews are done publicly.

Astral is now closed, but even before the closing, it was never the same from years ago. The gym filled up with undesirable individuals, which eventually caused the members who were loyal from the beginning to slowly leave. Some tried to give it a 2nd shot but were disgusted by the treatment given to them as far as extremely high rates and having to be charged once again a registration fee even after knowing the reason why they left to begin with. Multiple flooding on the gym did not help, causing multiple closings.shame it was once a very beloved place to work out in.

Great gym, everyone minds their business and theres a lot of different equipment that youd normally not find in a commercial gym. Unfortunate that its temporary closed due to the rough storm that hit the city not to long ago, are you guys planning to ever open up again?
