Very poor costumer service. Miscommunications. Very hard to be on time with schedules and results.

the short: long wait times poor communications overscheduling people on PURPOSE no transparency on length of schedule visits usually only one doctor working there This is maybe just me put I feel that the doctors not very good at trying to get to know the patients. I have no connection with this doctors and I wont be returning. I just wanted to also share this experience: The doctors are okay but the customer service is one star. I was schedule for a followup to which I missed the phone called. They should schedule those in clinic after your check up to not mess up your schedule. When they did the confirmation called day before visit I informed them of my concern. I thought we where on the same page about the time of my appoint and this is the kicker. you see the secretary called to confirm the time. I say at 10 am! She answers yes at 10. I say I dont think I can because I have work. I ask to reschedule says they only can for next month unless some cancels. I say maybe I can come I'll call you in the morning. So i didn't call she call me around 9:50 to confirm I say I cant. she says try there are not many people here. I ask about the WAIT TIME. She says I should come. Im thinking okay this might be fast "ill be there in six minutes." I get there and its like 5 people sitting. I ask about the WAIT TIME AGAIN!!! I wait like 30 minutes and ask her like you said this was fast I have to go. she said your next dont worry. I m ok im next i ask about the wait time again she says it wont be long. 10 min later I get up and tell her that she said my appt was at 10 and i have been waiting for 40MINUTES. END OFF story dont waste your time here. Secretary unprofessional. I hate to come after somebodies livelihood especially in this time of corona and especially our healthcare workers but she needs to know that she also needs to be weary of our time. she never even confirm the time of the appointment with me. it was at 10:45am not 10 am. so there was 0 communication. she didn't try to work with me or even show some compassion or understanding for my plight. this is why people dont respect doctor appt times. stop over scheduling appointments and be transparent about your wait times. If when the patient before me had run over their time with the doc they would have made an announcement about the increase wait I would have understood made my calculations and decided to leave.
