Great daycare with kind and caring staff

We registered the school this August and paid half of the tuition to keep the position for Sep. But when we went there in September, the school didn’t open because their stairs were broken. we waited two more weeks, it was still not available, then we changed to another one. They promised to return the money in a month, but 3 months passed, we didn’t get anything.

My son has been with this daycare since he was 3 months old. Before placing him in daycare I did some research and went to other daycares in the area (most were a nightmare). When I called Epic Brightstar they were very professional. When I stopped by with my family I felt welcomed to come in and look. They even let me change my sons diaper while we were there. The pricing was reasonable. My son is now almost a year and I could not be more satisfied with the care provided. I can tell he loves spending time with all his teachers and gets happy and excited when I drop him off in the morning. His reaction to them gives me peace of mind knowing my child is happy and well cared for when he is not with me. Being a working mother is extremely hard but I am glad Epic Brightstar is on team. I totally recommend them.
