Made me wait in office for 30 minutes to then tell me that my doctor is there and theyll call me later. Super unprofessional, dont waist your time. Becareful for insurance scam too cause they wont see you but theyll charge your insurance

I have anxiety issues. My insurance recommended Essen health closest to my home. First appointment was good. Issues started with the next appointment. They had me meet the doctor at another clinic, near 3rd Ave a subway and bus transfer away. Get there for them to say oh we can't do anything until we get a blood draw. They could have sent documents and order form to get that done before wasting my time and fare. 3rd appointment they gave a huff about asking if blood work was necessary, before the appointment. They got back to me with documents requiring blood work 4 days before the appointment not enough time to get drawn and results to be posted. 4th appointment they want me to see different doc that google maps has it at 1.2 hours trip there from my home requiring multiple trains and buses. Waiting to hear back that I get a different doc or they see me closer. With so many clinics I don't know why they can't send me to the closest one

I was assigned Richard Vactor as my intake coordinator at Essen Health Care's therapy department. After intake I requested for a female therapist. I was assigned one and had an appointment all set up. On the day of the appointment, I was surprised when he called as I was already reassigned. He talked me into giving him a month to see if he could be helpful to me, even though I told him I asked for a female therapist. It lasted two weeks. I found out through accessing my records online that he wrote things on my record that are not true at all. He wrote I was having with issues at work when I am not working due to disability. He wrote I was having problems in my marriage even though never said anything like that. In fact, I cited my marriage as one of the best things of my life. I complained and got a new therapist but the lies he wrote are still a part of my record. I don't know if he mixed me up with another patient or what. It's quite possible since he did way more talking than listening. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The most unprofessional place in the world they lost my prescription for therapy and wen you call them and they dont have nothing to say they simply hang the phone never seen a place like this the worst
