I went to this Starbucks on 12/4/21 and the worker that took my order started a argument with me right in front of the manager and then told me that he refuses to serve me. I then asked the manager can they in fact refuse to serve coffee? Hot chocolate.. a frappe? Like really? And the manager said that they can refuse to serve customers if they want to. I, as a customer can not believe that Starbucks (such a big name establishment) can be so rude towards their customers. The Starbucks in the Throggs neck shopping center in the Bronx is certified ghetto and i wouldnt go back there if they paid me to drink their beverages.
