        Went in today to pay a bill and its closed like the store is completely empty. No sign no nothing. Yet online it states they are open

        This Carters is located in my residence neighborhood Parkchester. I usually travel to Coop city or Kingsbridge since they now closed the Bruckner location. The staff needs customer service training.
