AT&T Store

I spent almost three hours at the store today, and for me it was time well spent. I want to commend Roy A., manager. He was professional, calm and held up under pressure. He was the only person in the store as he sent his other employee home earlier in the day due to sickness. He had the added pressure of only being able to allow 2 people in the store at a time, and had to diplomatically tells customers that they had to wait outside. He listened to my concerns, assessed the problem, and recommended that I replace the phone. He made additional suggestions that would allow me to better utilize the plan that I have. When I left at 5:15 he still had not had a chance to eat his lunch which was getting cold under his desk. A real company person. Bravo!

Horrible store Andrew Colon put my email on another persons account I received all her personal information. I called him to let him know what he did and he took an attitude with me. It has been six weeks and the problem has not been corrected by Andrew or AT&T. I am still receiving her information and late notices. Andre should not be a store manager he is incompetent and rude.
