I visited this store yesterday and was so glad that I went there. Zabdiel and Cash made sure that I got everything that I needed. They answered all of my questions and made sure my phone had all of my apps from my previous phone. Thanks again

Worst experience ever I am honestly thinking about leaving tmobile I went In to the store and the messed up my account charging me for a watch o purchased a new line when I told them I already have a watch line and also a phone i paid off a while back. Worst experience ever ruined my entire day.

My experience has been magnificent from start to finish. They follow Covid protocols with everyone wearing a mask. The store is clean and bright. They also provide me a free hand sanitizer. They are very helpful they answer all my questions and provided me exceptional service. Angie is amazing and informative she helped with my phone set up and answered all my questions patiently . As I waited I saw how they interacted with other customers they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their flow was immaculate you get in get what you need at a timely manner. Zabdiel was exceptional he explained to me the process the charges the monthly bill and everything I asked being that I was a sprint customer. He also told me of deals in my account. Juan also helped me get the phone I wanted he made sure they had the gold one in the back and he also gave me his honest opinion on the sizes from other customer reviews. He explained the difference between the Pro and the Pro Max he was patient and friendly through it all. He made the process pain free. They all made it an amazing experience. I’m truly satisfied and will recommend them to all my family and friends. The vibe was smooth everyone works well together. I found a store I will be going to for all my phone needs.
