Sales person lied about a promotion going on back in December. She stated by upgrading to the newest IPhone I can receive a free Apple Watch or AirPods. Now Im being charged for the device on my bill. Store denies this promotion and says the employee no longer works for the company so they wont be able to help.

Every time Im in here the girls have an attitude. They also give me incorrect information time and time again. I got a screen protector, they say I have to go to a corporate store for the replacement screen if it cracks, which I knew wasnt true. Went to other T-Mobile stores and they confirmed they could replace it for me. Now I came to return the wifi from T-Mobile, the girl says its the fifteenth day so I cant return it in store. I have to call T-Mobile, get a label, and ship it out. In the middle of our quick conversation she took a personal call saying shell be right out, so given their track record of being incorrect and the girls bad attitude, I dont even believe what she said. I got an email from T-Mobile that today was the fifteenth day but somehow I cant return it in store? Or is it just that this store is so incompetent that it cant process it. Pretty sure its the store. Regardless. -2 stars

Everybody that works here is pretty incompetent, not trained, etc. Manager does best to rectify the situation but it doesn't make up for the horrible experience my grandmother had. And they were blasting trap music like my grandma doesn't wanna hear that.
