The tall Dominican lady is so rude, the cups fall on the floor and shed still give it to you, if you dare say something shell yell and never say a word to you again any other day

The employees get in to verbal confrontation with customers constantly over non sense and that hold up the service. The only two workers that dont take back and just try to fix the orders are Dominican the dark skin red headed barista and other Dominican long black hair barista thats on the younger side. These two are the only friendly employees that are polite to my family. They always ask our kids what they want and joke around with us. If not we just get attitude and asked to pay extra after we paid.

Poor experience from this location.
The ac is loud and sounds like its dying.
Flies were flying around the donuts and muffins.
Service was slow.
The fridges seemed out of order and mostly empty.

I literally live around the block and for the first time at this location, I ordered online as I usually do. They were scheduled to be open at 7am. Its 730 and I missed my train to the airport.
