The woman who cut my hair did not follow my exact instructions and that alone is enough for a 1 star. As a barber, you are to do exactly what the customer wants and nothing more. Do not do what you want to do; do what the customer wants you to do. The woman cut the sides of my hair after I very specifically and sternly told her to totally avoid cutting that area. She cut off my sideburns without asking me. If you can’t follow instructions, don’t cut hair. She was also a bit aggressive when turning my head, and as stated before, she cut parts of my hair without ever asking me if I wanted them to be cut. She didn’t even ask if I wanted my hairline rounded or boxed. You have to ask questions as a barber. What the barber thinks is good and what the customer thinks is good are two very different things. I’m not coming back here. It takes time for hair to grow back which is why you have to make sure you are cutting the customer’s hair according to what they want. Ridiculous Service: Haircut
