      image Went in to open an account instead they made me do it online so I Sat there for an hour and half doing a online application only for it to be a huge waste of time dont go in person they wont help you just do it online or go to another branch.

      image Awful experience. Bank teller was rude and dismissive. A simple exchange of a damaged bill became a rude, disruptive experience and expecting the self described supervisor to better assist was a mistake. Luckily a nearby chase assisted without issue. 5 stars for chase.
