This auto body shop is located in the lower driveway of a well established local oil change/mechanic in the neighborhood. The only thing I can think is that they give Armory Auto Body business from their clientele, because trying to work directly with Ralphie, the head guy at Armory has been a terrible experience. In spring 2020 I got into a crash and needed body work. Right off the bat, he encouraged me to misreport the damages to my insurance so that he could do more work than was needed from the crash. I didn't feel comfortable with that, especially since it would not match what I already reported. He completed front bumper, front headlight and front side fender. Soon after this, the pandemic hit and I did not drive my car more than maybe once a week to go grocery shopping since I was working from home. Eventually in the winter I noticed that the paint job looked dull and cracked. It literally looked like it was a different, darker color than the rest of my car. My neighbors asked me what happened to the car. It looks terrible where it was supposedly "fixed". This spring - about a year after the repairs - I took it back to Armory Auto Body to show them how bad it looks and ask if they can correct it. Ralphie not only refused to fix it, but he accused me of paying someone to repaint the bumper and fender to make it look bad, just to force him to re-do it! Give me a break! I drive beat-up 2007 Honda Accord. The entire car is dinged up from street parking, except for the new bumper, headlight and fender he installed last year. He argued with me and refused to help me. Now I am driving around with a dull, cracked looking front to my car and it is all because of the lousy job Ralphie at Armory Auto Body did. All I can say is, if you want a body shop that does poor work and then yells at you when you bring it back, you would love this place. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
