Thank God & Mecox for Raw milk! Pasteurizing milk kills all the special enzymes that helps your body digest milk. No wonder so many people have dairy problems.

My fiance and I visited this farm for the first time today and we are already in love! We normally get our raw milk on the north fork but wanted to try something different. I have heard a lot about their cheeses as well. Betsy, the owners sister, came back from a farmers market right as we got there and offered us samples of the cheeses. We bought three kinds! Betsy and Art were very nice to speak with. Its important to get to know your local farmers! There was also plenty of milk left in the afternoon when we got there so definitely no stocking issues to worry about. Plenty of meats in the freezers as well. Betsy also walked us into the barn and we met some of the calves. We will be back!
