- Set me up with the wrong phone plan. Way more expensive than they said it would be.
- Promised me money back for the USB-C charging box if I hold on to my plan for 6 months. They never sent me a receipt for my purchase even though I got all the other receipts emailed that came with the new phones. I have gone in there three times by now and asked them for my rebate discount but they just keep ignoring me.
- The magnetic chargers I bought never worked.
Don’t got there unless you enjoy a major headache!!!
