First of all it's just Cinque in little run down office at the edge of town, knowledge gaps, bills vociferously omissions & misstatements of my case and communications with opposing counsel in my divorce case. After first claiming he could get a great settlement if I ended disclosure, he called me back the same day and claimed I had to take a settlement for 50 k less than my wife's "reported" offer (never saw it in writing). He took a retainer double the going amount and produced exact position my wife started know I was owed more. All this concurrent to him using up the retainer. OK as notary or to transfer R.E. stay away for divorces.

Managed to nearly exhaust a retainer double that of others in the area with only an incomplete disclosure and no deposition. After first ending disclosure because hed get me a great settlement he then called the same afternoon told me I had to take a settlement 50k lower than my wife supposed new offer. Which happened to be he opening offer before I hired him. He latter claimed I preferred the lower offer when I corrected him he said he must have been misunderstood.If your able to barowith use car dealers you might get 2 star work from this shyster otherwise forget it. PS dont think hes doing well mentioned I was getting rid of a 11 year old car with 280k & busted climate control and he expressed an interest in buying it.
