        The order process was great I went I. To the show room Susan was help full I picked out my door, when it came time to install it was not the door I picked out. The owner called me saying he would come down I. A few days to go over eveything its been a week and nothing. Besides that my drill from my garage is missing when I called them to check with the installers they claim the installers dont have my drill when I see it on camera them putting it in there truck . Then they said they have the same brand drill as the one Im missing . I recommend going somewhere else. The other lady In The office is also very rude.

        Purchased a door about a year ago, Terrible service, waited months to fix operator, door worked for less than two weeks and broke again!!! Stay away from this vendor, just warning you. Precision garage door took over job and couldnt be happier
