Used him many times.I was a good paying customer who never questioned him on price. Recently had a problem with a bad water heater he installed. I called him and he wouldn't take the job saying he's only dealing with certain customers. The plumber he recommended installed a new water heater which just broke down again after six months. After not being able to reach the new plumber, their phone was out of service, I once again reached out to Gary who again refused. Btw the tank he installed was a total piece of garbage and probably a brand he made the most money on. Not a good way to treat customers. Happy retirement.
