        Have been a customer for nearly two decades at this location. Things have noticeably changed, customer service is not what it used to be. Questions are not explained well, calls transferred abruptly, and they just are not willing to go the extra mile to help the consumer. Citing inflation isnt good enough when explaining why my rates have greatly increased.

        I was sorry to hear that Teresa has moved on, but I guess change was going to happen. She was/is part of my family and my folks and I really appreciated all the help and hard work she did for us. I hope the office will continue to provide outstanding service that I expect.
