Information was unclear when dealing with agency and when I tried to explain what was going on, the response was extremely rude like I was being scolded by a parent. There was a mistake made with my account info for payments and when I expressed confusion was scolded again and told no one would work with me for insurance now. Ended up getting my own insurance online without their help instead.

I have know Lou for many years, when I bought my house he was my first and last call for Home and Auto insurance. He and Steve worked together to get me a great rate and a policy that I am confident in. Anytime I am asked about insurance the L and S agency is my first and only recommendation.

Went there today for the for first time to inquire regarding automobile insurance. Lou assisted me in obtaining better coverages for a lower yearly premium than my current insurance company offered. He also helped me regarding my Medicare policy. Steve was very efficient in processing the paperwork immediately and notifying my old insurance company that I'm not doing business with them.
