Acme Hardwood Floors

These guys are excellent and did a fantastic job for us. They answered my very first call and even gave me an estimate right then. They came to the house the next day, checked the job, and confirmed the estimate. They showed up to start and finished the job when they said they would. It was done in three days. We have three different types of wood and their suggestions on matching the color were right on. Their price was excellent and the best I had received. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the job and their professionalism and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Acme to refinish our hardwood floors. A few years back we had our living room, dining room hallway and stairs done. They have held up beautifully. This past week we did our bedrooms and having removed a runner from the stairs we had those redone. I would highly recommend their service. This company is very professional. Showed up on time, explained the process and got right to work. Came back the next day to put on a 2nd coat and now my old hardwood floor that I thought had no hope is beautiful. AMAZING.

Initially, the individuals in this business seemed helpful and willing to accommodate. As time went on however, scheduling issues ensued. After an initial cancellation due to prolonged closing issues via Covid, my partner and I finally moved into the house in August, we called and let them know we would be available to book at anytime. We were told that we would receive a call the next week for stain information/prices and a date set. No call came. I called myself, about another week later, found that they had scheduled a day in October which I said would be fine. Still no information on stains. Just received a call this weekend that our appointment would be given to someone else unless we called them back to verify the date WHICH HAD BEEN VERIFIED IN AUGUST. Upon calling to verify it again, they ended up giving it to someone else, inferring that it was our fault and that we canceled multiple times. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Not worth the time.
