        Saturday afternoon drive. Spotted a new Mexican restaurant just outside Binghamton. Glad we did. El Pulpo (The Octopus) is great. We ordered La Paradilla (fajitas for two). The salad plate came first with roasted jalapenos, marinated carrots, avocado slices, and the usual. The meat arrived and was both plentiful and delicious. Rice and beans were also included on a third plate and three flour tortillas each. Definitely worth the drive. Next time we will try the desserts.
