My experience was negative from the start the woman at the front desk was rude and obnoxious. When asked if she could put software on a 1TB thumb drive so I could download it on my new computer she said she thought so, but with no guarantee. I said ok, she then asked me if I wanted her to label each file, and I said just download it as it would appear on my computer as if I loaded it with a DVD/R/RW drive because many computers no longer come with DVD/R/RW drives. She responded looking down over her glasses and waving the disc's and thumb drive at me with each syllable DO...YOU...WANT... ME... TO... LABEL... EACH... FILE... ON... THE... THUMB DRIVE... My response was "Really... you're going to talk down to me now?" She said you know what, and hands me back the disc and drive and says goodbye, and then a man at a desk also there say's goodbye, goodbye. I took my property and left. I'm a professional photographer and I would never treat a potential customer with a rude, obnoxious, and arrogant attitude like that! I DO NOT recommend NET 2000 COMPUTERS, avoid this business at all costs! There are other computer services in the Binghamton area that are kind and curious to their potential customers and they deserve your business.

I totally recommend Net 2000 Computers, I have never had an issue with the multiple computers I have brought In. If it was not worth fixing they would let me know, if it was worth fixing, they were fair with what they charged to fix the computer. Good and honest folk that work there!
