On a Sunday evening at an apartment community we had a sewer back-up due to a resident pouring grease down the drain. We called no less than 30 different contractors to come help. No one would come, EXCEPT for Rozen's. They responded quickly, professionally and released the clog so our residents could use their washroom facilities again. Thank you Rozen's!!!!

We had a backup in our mainline that affected our 24 unit Sr. apartment complex on a late Sunday evening. We called every company in our local area and finally found Rozen's Drain and Sewer Service. When no one else would come out and help Rozen's did! The service was amazing, the tech was a total professional, the equipment they used was top of the line and the price was lower than other companies used in the past for emergency issues. We have found a new vendor and highly recommend Rozen's for any residential or commercial drain and sewer issues.

They were awful! The whole time the owner bashed me for trying to help him and was extremely rude. He and his assistant have mental issues, and they were not competent. He could NOT fix the problem and constantly contradicted what he said. The problem was he refused to listen. Before I even told him the problem, he already had his mind made up on how to "fix" the problem. He flushed toilets for 2 hours! He then decided to have a bathroom break with the door wide open (and peed all over the floor!). In the end the problem was not fixed, they broke my door, left a puddle of penetrating oil all over the floor, and charged me $200 for nothing! Please avoid them and choose someone who knows what they are doing!
